Reflection and Response (R&R) for Enneagram Types 6-8

February 20, 2020 Hope Brown Season 2 Episode 8

Reflection and Response (R&R) for Enneagram Types 6-8
Show Notes

We sit down to discuss our response to our episodes with Types 6-8. We also read some anonymous feedback from those types.

Tips: For sure, for types less in touch with emotions, the discipline of daily journal writing forces you to slow down and get in touch with what you’re actually feeling. Yoga is also a practice that we recommend for every type. When trying to conceptualize your own type, or someone else's, remember the Enneagram number is not the whole entity of a person. Ian Cron speaks of “shades” of a color, or a “low resolution” picture.
